Ubud is the spiritual centre of Bali, this is why is draws so many people to live there that are called a ‘conscious community’. Meaning people on a spiritual path of awakening to their highest potential. It is literally a portal, a connecting place for expanding your heart and consciousness. For the Balinese, Ubud holds the Mother temple, it has been the gathering place for Balinese spiritual practices since forever. This is why the retreat has a large part of the day for you to integrate the energy of the retreat journey and the sacred place you are in.

We will be staying in a very high vibe, sacred spot in Ubud Bali. The retreat venue is dear to me heart. It’s called Trinity Gardens, connecting to the magical number 3. There is a sacred river running right along Trinity, the yoga shala overlooks this. Trinity has several villa style buildings, all with an indoors-outdoors feel, all completely unique in their look and feel. The villas are all very ‘open’ meaning they have privacy but will feel connected to others. This is perfect for a retreat where you can seek solace and yet not feel alone.

What will Vibrant retreat be like?

When you arrive, you will have time to check out your room, settle in, get hydrated and breathe. That evening will include a Welcome Ceremony and delicious Welcome Meal as well as a short circle of getting to know each other.

Mornings - Saraswati -Saraswati literally means to flow, our morning will be dedicated to VIBRANT FLOW. We will start our days soon after sunrise. Some fruit will be on offer before our morning meditation and yoga. Yoga and movement practice will vary but all be flow, in alignment of the energy of Saraswati.

Day time - Lakshmi -Lakshmi is all about gratitude and receiving abundance. Our days will be dedicated to RECIEVING ABUNDANCE. Most days will be free for you to receive; massage, swimming, journalling, reading, napping and drinking in the beauty, going and finding the most delish nourishing lunch ... One or two days will have activity in the day, including an optional artisan shopping half day. One of the days, I will take us to a very sacred water site on one day where we will ask for the Balinese elemental spirit blessings and then cast our dreams and visions into the sky and waters.

Evenings/ late arvo - Ganesh Evenings will be dropping into our bodies , dedicating to PROTECTING AND STRENGTHENING our energy. Yin yoga, nourishing/ healing meals and sharing .
